"So very thankful for Amber and her help getting me a new home owners insurance policy after my nightmare and ongoing litigation with Progressive. She is a literal God send and answer to prayers. I was in a bind due to having an open claim with progressive, and due to that claim Progressive putting me on non-renewal status for my home owners insurance policy. They said until I replaced my roof on my new home at my own cost they cannot and will not write a new policy. I’m currently going through the litigation process with an attorney to get progressive to pay for the roof. All that to say my progressive home owners insurance policy lapsed, and I had no home owners insurance at all. I called GEIKO (who I have had auto through for years, never a filed a single claim, always paid on time in full.), and they would not even consider writing a home owners policy with an open claim with Progressive. I called Insurance Brokers all around The Woodlands, and they all said the same thing, “with an open claim we cannot write a policy”. So here I am, no home owners insurance, a damaged roof from the hurricane, an open claim with progressive going through litigation (process could take several months to reach resolution in court), unable to renew my policy, unable to get a new policy, and my lender saying they are going to be forced to purchase a home owners insurance policy “for me” at a MUCH higher cost, with minimal coverage. I was shocked, and felt trapped by this scenario. I worked with Amber to get a new home owners insurance policy as well as bundling my auto insurance. This gave me peace of mind that my home is insured, and also saved me almost $100.00 a month in my auto insurance. So, all things considered, Amber saved me a lot of money, and heartache. I highly recommend this agency if you need help with a new policy. Couldn’t be happier. A+++"

"They talk very nice and all until you make a claim. That’s when they try to find a reason to deny the claim. I’ve been a State Farm customer for the last 2 years and I’m very disappointed. I regret choosing State Farm. Replying to Michael , When I called your agent she was the one who told me she didn’t cancel the policy and my policy is still active. And when I called the representative even they said I’m still covered and when was the part that you guys insisted me to not leave the policy. I asked your agent not to cancel my policy but you guys cancelled it anyways without even letting me know. If my policy was cancelled why did state farm sent me the tow truck and why did you guys approve my rental car. STOP lying you’re making a fool out of yourselves. Everything was good until you guys saw the estimate to fix the car. Your employees should’ve told me it’s gonna take a while to process the cancellation I believe her name was Madison, instead I was told they did not cancel it yet and thats why I made the claim with State Farm. I was told my car is still covered. You guys should train your employees better instead of accusing me. I know it’s not Amazon prime you don’t have to educate me educate your employees."
