"Begged for my business, let Denise requote me six months down the line. Spent a whole lunch break letting her send me a new quote. Ended up telling her I wouldn’t leave my current provider (who I’ve been with for 8 years) for a $10 difference, BUT if she could get all of my vehicles (2 bikes, and a 4Runner) cheaper or even close with the same insurance provider, then I’ll consider making the switch. Asked me to send her pictures of my coverages and policies to see if she could match and she’d call me back. That was a week ago. No follow up, no response, no “hey I’m sorry we couldn’t make a deal, but thanks for your time.” Glad I didn’t switch for $10 to have that kind of customer service."
